Q. Which parts of the country do you cover?
A. All of it!  We buy property throughout the UK.

Q. My home is about to be repossessed. Can you help?
A. Yes, but you must Contact us straight away and we will be able to help stop the proceedings.

Q. I need to release funds from my house, but do not want to move. Can I rent the property back?
A. Yes.

Q. Will you offer market value for my property?
A. No. Because we offer a guaranteed and fast sale, this is reflected in any offer we make. We will usually offer up to 70 to 90% of the open market value.

Q. Do I have to pay any commission or agency fees?
A. No. There will be no agents involved in the sale and no other ‘hidden’ charges of any kind. This could result in a saving of many £1000's for you.

Q. What if I’m already using an Estate Agent to try to sell my house?
A.  If you're already using an Estate Agent, you may need to seek legal advice with regards to your existing contract with them. 

Q. Will I need a solicitor?
A. Yes, you will need a solicitor. You can use your own, or we can recommend one to you.

Q. What about legal fees?
A. In all cases, we will pay your legal fees for you (up to £500).

Q. Will you consider any property?
A. Yes. Any property, in any condition, will be considered.  

Q. Do you also buy Land?
A. Yes. With or without planning permission, in any condition, shape or size.

Q. What if I own a flat, with only a short lease remaining?
A. Do not worry, we may still consider making you an offer.

Q. Do you buy property with tenants, even with problematic tenants?
A. Yes we do. We buy property every day with the tenants in situ. We will also deal with your “tenants from hell” at our own expense.

Q. Will my neighbours find out about my situation?
A. No. The sale will be totally confidential, we will not advertise, and do not put up "For Sale" or "Sold" signs.

Q. How long is your offer Valid for?
A. Our offer is valid for 28 days.  After this time we reserve the right to review the offer, due to market forces and changing fee structures. 

Q. I know someone who wants a very quick sale also, should I tell you?
A. Yes, and if you do you could earn yourself a ‘Finders Fee’ of up to 2% of the purchase price if we do buy the property!!
