We use our database to get an approximate "trade value" for your property, then call you to discuss what your needs are, how we can best meet them, and to give you an estimated value for your property. Please note that unlike some companies we will make you an immediate cash offer without cost or obligation - we do not charge for "external surveys" or ask for any handling fees or deposits! We do not charge at all.
Discuss. We meet with you, at a mutually convenient time, to view the property and present you with solutions that will work for you. We’ll discuss the property, assess your needs, and what your ideal outcome is. If you are in debt, we can speak to you creditors to help reduce your debt. We’ll discuss all the options available to you and ensure that you are 100% happy with chosen solution. You are in control at all times!
Once You are Happy with the solution we provide,
and have decided to sell to us, we handle ALL of the paperwork. You can use your own solicitor if you prefer, or one recommended by us (either way, we pay!). For peace of mind, we would look to exchange straight away with a completion date that suits you. We always look for a solution that works for you as well as us. We insist that you have everything checked out by your solicitor (although we will pay for this). We have many solutions that we can fit around your situation, apart from a straight cash purchase. Either way you are always in control of the process.
